Why won't my AER Dryer turn off?

If your AER Dryer won't turn off...

  1. Check to see if the on/off switch is obstructed. Look closely at the switch and remove any dirt or debris that may be preventing the switch from moving to the "off" position.
  2. Let the dryer battery drain so that it will automatically turn off. Unplug your Quick Charge Base and place the AER Dryer in the base. Switch the heat to medium (three lights) and the fan speed to medium (three lights). When the AER Dryer has stopped, make sure the switch is in the "off" position and plug in the Quick Charge Base. Let the AER Dryer charge for 90 minutes.
