My AER Dryer won't charge in the Quick Charge Base...
- Verify that the Quick Charge Base is plugged in and that the outlet is functional.
- Determine whether the Quick Charge Base has power. Turn the Quick Charge Base upside down and unravel the cord from the cord keeper. Plug the Quick Charge Base into a working wall outlet. There will be a green light on the bottom of the charging base if the Quick Charge Base is receiving power from the wall.
- Determine whether the AER Dryer is receiving power from the Quick Charge Base. Plug your Quick Charge Base into a working outlet and place the AER Dryer into the base. Observe if a light is on above the on/off switch. If a light is on, let the AER Dryer charge for 90 minutes before turning it on.
