Why won't my AER Dryer charge in the quick Charge Base?

My AER Dryer won't charge in the Quick Charge Base...

  1. Verify that the Quick Charge Base is plugged in and that the outlet is functional.
  2. Determine whether the Quick Charge Base has power. Turn the Quick Charge Base upside down and unravel the cord from the cord keeper. Plug the Quick Charge Base into a working wall outlet. There will be a green light on the bottom of the charging base if the Quick Charge Base is receiving power from the wall.
  3. Determine whether the AER Dryer is receiving power from the Quick Charge Base. Plug your Quick Charge Base into a working outlet and place the AER Dryer into the base. Observe if a light is on above the on/off switch. If a light is on, let the AER Dryer charge for 90 minutes before turning it on.
