Why won't my AER Dryer turn on?

If your AER Dryer won't turn on...

  1. Check to see if your AER Dryer is charged by placing the dryer in the charging base. If the light above the switch is green, your unit is charged. If the light above the switch is red, we recommend you let your AER Dryer charge before using it again. If there is no light, let the AER Dryer charge for at least 30 minutes. It sounds simple, but we recommend verifying that your charging base is plugged in.
  2. Check to see if the on/off switch is obstructed by looking closely at the switch. Make sure there is no dirt or debris that is preventing the switch from moving to the "on" position.
  3. It still won't turn on? Contact us and we are happy to help...
